Starr FM’s master turntable DJ is set to drop the much anticipated maiden rhythm dubbed “Stoner Riddim” on Sunday June 25, 2017.
The hit rhythm produced by Stoner Records’ very own LEXYZ, a project that seeks to feature major A-List artistes in Ghana, has already hosted artistes such as Rapper and King of the Street, Kwaw Kese, the energy god, Episode, Rudebwoy Ranking, Cabum and Songtress Mzvee. Other artistes who will feature in the subsequent editions include EL, Galaxy, Edem, Stonebwoy among others.
Touted as one of Ghana’s leading DJs, Mono intends to use this project as a tool to bring together top artistes in oneness and also raise the bar in Ghana’s Riddim Culture starting with these first set of Artistes come Sunday, June 25, 2017.
Road Manager and official DJ for the international record label, DJ Mono told StarrFMonline.com he is excited about the project and is looking forward to host more Artistes.
“I’m really excited about the response from Artistes and I’m looking forward to hosting more Artistes to achieve the purpose of the project and to make it a success and I must say watch this space for more”.
A very humble personality with a teachable spirit, the iconic DJ has played countless shows across the country from Temafest, all 3 editions of S Concert, Kwahu Carnival – three editions just to mention a few. The versatile DJ has also played at private parties of Ambassadors which includes; the Israeli, Denmark and Canadian envoys just to mention a few.
He has over 15 years experience in Djing. The super star DJ has successfully thrilled fans over the years with ‘The after X’Mas Jam”, and “Gh Dey Pap”.
