Two suspected armed robbers have been gunned down by the Police at Tema after they robbed a Lebanese businessman of over GHC100,000 Thursday.
According to a police statement, the robbers accosted the businessman after he had gone to withdraw the money from the Tema branch of Zenith bank.

The Police responded to an emergency call and accosted the robbers around the TDC traffic light and engaged the bandits in a shootout resulting in their death, the statement said.
The police say investigations have commenced into the matter.
