Black Stars goalkeeper Razak Brimah has incurred the wrath of Ghanaians after he was seen on video attacking his critics in an expletive manner.
The video comes after the Black Stars victory over DR Congo in the quarter-final of the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations in Gabon.
In the video which was recorded after the Black Stars’ defeat against the Pharaohs of Egypt, a bitter Brimah takes a dig at national team fans who have attacked him for his performances at the ongoing Nations Cup in Gabon.
“….These f**king negative people, f**k you all,” Brimah is heard saying after initially praising a section of the Ghanaian fans he called “positive people.”
The 28-year-old continued “…Babylon, because we also have family, every f**king word you say against us, we’ve also heard them okay.
“If you don’t know football, shut the f**king up there and close your f**king mouth, sit over there and just watch the game…people talk too much,” he said repeatedly.
The Cordoba shot stopper added “this is my fourth year in the national team, this is my f**king 4th loss. I’ve lost four times in an international game getting to five years so they talk too much… They should f**king go [to] hell.
“I’m not harsh… I’m just f**king tired of these negative people. Instead of support[ing], push and pray for the team, they just sit out there and talk s**t. They don’t know me, I don’t know them but they talk s**t,” the former Nania FC player said.
Brimah ended his three-minute tirade by saying he was fed up with the constant criticisms and does not know what more to do to impress Ghanaian fans.
His outburst comes at a time when the Black Stars are beginning to win back the support of Ghanaians after the 2014 World Cup scandal in Brazil.
The Black Stars play the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon in the Semi-final of the Africa Cup of Nations on Thursday in Franceville.
