Vodafone has connected over a thousand homes in more than twenty communities in the country to fibre broadband network.
The high-speed fibre powered broadband network service is designed to provide fixed internet connectivity to homes, offices, corporate organizations and SMEs.
CEO of Vodafone, Yolanda Cuba, is encouraging home owners and businesses to choose fibre broadband for reliable network access across all touch points.
“Nothing competes with fibre….when you look at fibre for example, you can get 100 of MB per second as the kind of speed you get whereas it will be very difficult to deliver that kind of speed with mobile. This is stable connection, multiple devices connected simultaneously without degrading the service”.
