Bechem United defeated Tema Youth 1-0 in an outstanding Ghana Premier League fixture on Wednesday at the Bechem Park.
The Bechem based club needed Amed Toure’s late goal to win the day, after the win the FA Cup champions are now 3rd on the log sheet with seven points.
Toure has now scored three goals in the ongoing campaign.
The match was originally scheduled for the opening weekend but had to be postponed because of Bechem’s involvement in the CAF Confederation Cup.

Wa All Stars made it two consecutive wins after beating new entrants Bolga All Stars 3-1 in Tamale on Wednesday in a delayed fixture.
The defending champions made light work of the newboys with a brace coming from midfielder David Abagna.
His first was registered after 56 minutes before striker Richard Arthur added the second on the hour mark.
