In line with the promise to make The Cake Fair 2017 another unforgettable sweet experience, Yellow October Events and VoiceAds (organizers of the event) will host two Master Classes for interested participants.
The two side attractions will be on cake-making and the effective management of a cake business.
The Baking Master Class, which is the first, seeks to equip cake lovers with basic, yet expert skills in baking and decorating cakes. Participants will gain access to the hands-on practical knowledge of cake-making, from start to finish. The Class will be led by Afua Nkrumah of the Pink Panda Bakery.
The Pink Panda Bakery located at East Legon, opposite the Chiropractic Centre; is well-known for its delightful cakes, cupcakes, cookies and pastries; as well as great customer service.
The second class, dubbed Raise Your Dough Master Class, will centre on strategies to adopt in order to improve one’s cake business and increase daily profits. Ayo Adeusi of Stesi Cakes will lead this Master Class.
Stesi Cakes is located at East Legon, on the same road as the Institute of Chartered Accountants. It is associated with creating an unforgettable experience with finger-licking cakes and helping people gain financial freedom through the business of cake craft (training).
Limited seats are currently available for reservation for each Master Class. The Cake Fair 2017 will be held on July 29 at the Red Carpet Events Centre in East Legon.
