Coach Prince Owusu has officially been axed by Inter-Allies with four matches to the end of the Ghana Premier League.
Inter-Allies recently appointed former Kotoko Coach Karim Zito to head the technical team at the Club after helping Dreams FC earn promotion back to the Ghana Premier League.
Report earlier indicated Zito was to assist Prince Owusu at the La-based Club.
However, Ghanasportsonline can reveal the former Al Khartoum assistant Coach has been sacked by the “eleven is to one” lads.
“He (Prince Owusu) has actually been sacked, Zito was brought to replace him,” a close source of the team spoke to Ghanasportsonline
“It is not true Zito was to assist him, Zito automatically is now the head Coach so Prince Owusu is no more with us.”
Prince Owusu took charge of Inter-Allies midway last season after the departure of Jimmy Cobblah who left for Togolese Club Maranatha.
The Coach was suspended by the management after a burst-up with some top hierarchy of the Club during a League match against Ashanti Gold at the El Wak Stadium.
Meanwhile Karim Zito is expected to lead the side in the remaining four matches in the League.
He has already been tasked to help the Club maintain their Premier League status this season.
Inter-Allies are currently 13th on the League table with 33 points.
