CAF General Secretary Antony Baffoe is among two African who have been appointed General Coordinators for the 2018FIFA World Cup finals in Russia this June and July.
Also selected is SAFA General Manager for Football Business Russell Paul.
Russell and Baffoe were among the elite General Coordinators from around the world who were assigned to see the smooth running of the 2014 World Cup in Brazil and FIFA has once again shown confidence into the two by giving them responsibilities during the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
Russell is a seasoned administrator and is among a few influential General Coordinators within CAF who have handled FIFA World Cup assignments.
The two will be in Russia for the entire duration of the World Cup.
