Ghana’s request to have the postponement of the 2019 Africa Youth Championship qualifier against Benin by CAF have been granted.

The first leg was scheduled to take place on Friday, 13th July, 2018 but CAF have accepted Ghana’s request and have rescheduled the the first leg fixture for Sunday, 29th July, 2018 with the second leg coming off a week later.

The Black Satellites have been unable to prepare after football activities in the country was brought to a halt after Anas Aremeyaw #12 video.

The team have been away from camp since the crisis rocked Ghana football.

Coach Jimmy Cobblah meanwhile is expected to assemble his boys on Tuesday to begin preparation for the game against Benin.

Ghana progressed to the final round of qualifiers after eliminating Algeria to set up a clash with their West African counterparts who also ejected Gambia.
