Former Accra Hearts of Oak midfielder Thomas Abbey has terminated his contract with Egyptian Club Ismaily on personal grounds.
The player leaves the Egyptian Club just six months after joining the Club.
Abbey is believed to have had a fallout with the Club hence prompting his decision to cancel his deal with the Club.
“Yes it is true, I just spoke to one of their management members and he confirmed the player has cancelled his deal,” an Egyptian source revealed
“He did not reveal what actually lead to the termination of the contract but I believe the player might have a fallout with the Club.”
Thomas Abbey joined Ismaily after a splendid season with Hearts of Oak where he finished as the Club’s top scorer with 12 goals.
