The Director of Finance of the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) in Kumasi Elvis Kusi has sued the hospital for advertising for his job.
According to the aggrieved staff, his job title and portfolio has been advertised in the Daily Guide while he has not been sacked by the firm.
A letter sighted by Starr News, however, indicate that management of the hospital asked the finance Director to take his annual leave last month.
The Kumasi High Court presided over by His lordship Justice Akonoba will commence hearing of the case on Monday, November 2, 2020.
