A non profit organization, Foundation for Generational Thinkers (FOGET), in collaboration with Old Students Union of Ebenezer Senior High School has launched a website for the school to enable it take advantage of the digital age.
Christened PADUA, the site has litany of information on the founder of the school, the current and previous head teachers, awards won and among others.
Speaking at a ceremony to unveil the PADUA site last week in Accra, the president of the School’s Old Students Union, Lloyd Evans said digital age presents solutions that are tailored towards addressing contemporary challenges, which the school and student must make use.
“The time has come for Africa to make of the current digital evolution to champion a better course for herself,” he stressed.
President of FOGET, Prosper Afetsi who is also an old student giving presentation on “Life empowerment summit series” challenged the students to aspire to leave positive legacies behind.
He further urged the students to study hard and leave indelible footprint behind for others to follow.
“In all things, people are remembered for either their good deeds or the harm they had caused and left behind for others to suffer or pay dearly for. Who do you want to clean your mess? Why would you damage school’s facilities that you enjoyed and expect an innocent incoming student to pay for it? Remember the race of life is fought with discipline,” he admonished.
