President John Dramani Mahama says he has been balanced in the appointment of his cabinet.

Addressing the newly sworn-in minister, President Mahama emphasized that the composition of his government was carefully done.

He added that appointments were also to ensure equitable representation from all regions of the country.

“In constructing this government, I have taken heed of the need for balance and fairness. Every region is represented in government so far.

“There will place for disrespect for the very people who elected us to serve. Their needs and suffering are real and these realities are not to be denied by you. Your duty is acknowledging their problems and challenges and work to overcome them”.
