#Electionhub: NPP will win Adenta seat – Akosua Manu

Akosua Manu, the parliamentary candidate for the Adenta constituency, has expressed strong confidence in winning the seat in Saturday’s election, citing her hard work and commitment to the development of the area.

In an interview with Channel One TV, Manu acknowledged that Adenta is traditionally a stronghold for the opposition but emphasized the positive shift in voter sentiment over the past few months.

Manu highlighted several key projects she has implemented this year, stressing that the people of Adenta are known for holding their MPs accountable and changing representatives if they do not deliver.

She expressed confidence that the positive feedback she has received from constituents regarding her work will translate into support at the polls.

“We are actually in an electoral area that doesn’t traditionally vote for my party, but the mood over the last few months has been very positive across the constituency. My popularity has been appreciated consistently because of my commitment to development. They’ve seen the roads are worked on, they’ve seen the battles have worked on. They have benefited from free national health insurance, over 17,000. There’s so much that I’ve been able to do, especially this year, not even counting last year, before I became a parliamentary candidate.”

“If Adenta, I would say their history, let go of an MP when they don’t see any projects or commitments development and five men have had the opportunity and it changed every single one of them because they felt they were not good. If the feedback I’m getting that all the works I’m doing is above and beyond what they expected, even as an aspirant, then I’m really confident that we will win.”
