Emmanuel Agyabeng has been crowned winner of the first edition of GhOne TV’s ‘Next TV Star Reality Show’.
He emerged victorious over sixteen other contestants whom he started the show alongside some 14 weeks ago.
Emmanuel maintained consistency throughout the show and became an audience favorite from the very beginning.
The grand finale took place on Sunday January 25 at GH One TV premises.
Having a grasp on all aspects of the media; entertainment, business, current affairs among others, Emmanuel put his best foot forward and beat his other four contenders in the finale to walk away with the coveted “next tv star” title.
Emmanuel by virtue of winning the show earned an all-expense paid trip to Dubai.
In addition to his Dubai trip, kind courtesy travel wings, Emmanuel gets a thirty minute weekly show on GHONE Tv, a mentorship session with the general Manager, Nana Aba Anamoah and also, packages from sponsors.
In second place, was 28-year-old Saida Maltiti whose four year experience gave her a vast idea on issues and how to treat them.
Blessing Bliss Coab came third following her aptness throughout the competition.
Both, graduates of the Ghana Institute of Journalism also get mentorship sessions with Nana Aba Anamoah and internship opportunities with GHone Tv.
While the show was packed with two segments of questions and interview sessions, there was room for enough entertainment as back to back performances came from Mr Drew, Keche, Praye and the one don, Shatta Wale who was also a guest judge alongside ace journalist, Israel Laryea.
