The Ghana Police Service says Mr. Tony Mintah, the Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of NextGen Infrance, has been found.
Police’s earlier statement indicated that the Chief Executive Officer of NextGen Infraco was allegedly taken away by unidentified individuals from the premises of the National Communication Authority (NCA) in Accra.
However, the police update disclosed that Mr. Mintah had been found and they will provide more details later.
Mr. Mintah is currently being transferred from the Kaneshie Police Station to the Police Headquarters.
In June 2024, the Minister launched the Next-Gen InfraCo (NGIC) initiative, which aims to provide affordable 5G mobile broadband services.
