The Office of Special Prosecutor (OSP) has declared the former Minister for Finance, Ken Ofori-Atta wanted.
Addressing the media, the Special Prosecutor, Kissi Agyebeng indicated that Mr. Ofori-Atta is wanted over alleged corruption and corruption-related activities.
“Ofori-Atta is now a wanted person and must return to Ghana immediately to face questioning,” the Special Prosecutor stated.
He threatened to take action to force him to return if he didn’t cooperate.
Mr. Agyebeng disputed reports that Ofori-Atta had departed the nation for medical care, insisting that the former minister must assist with the current inquiries.
