Lawyers of Inna Patty and Exclusive Events Ghana, the organizers of Miss Ghana Beauty Pageant have asked all media houses to desist from further publications on the Miss Ghana Beauty Pageant scandal.
The statement comes after three former beauty Queens of Miss Ghana accused Inna Patty, of dishing them out to men for monetary gains.
According to the three – Stephanie Karikari (Miss Ghana 2010), Antoinette Delali Kemavor (Miss Ghana 2015) and Giuseppina Nana Akua Baafi (Miss Ghana 2013) – being part of the pageant is the most terrifying thing they have experienced adding that it is not as glamourous as it may seem.
But in a statement, lawyers of Inna Patty described the allegations as malicious and baseless adding that the claims are only intended to damage their client’s reputation.
The statement further warned publishers to desist from further publications on the scandal. It was also stated that any further publication by any media house, bloggers or online portal would be held responsible as they wait for the further actions against their accusers.
