U-17 WWC: Ghana drawn in Group A with host Uruguay

The Black Maidens of Ghana have been drawn in Group A of the FIFA U-17 women’s world Cup together with host Uruguay, debutantes Finland and New Zealand.

The Under-17 female national team remain the only female side to have won a medal at the World stage after winning Bronze in Azerbaijan 2012.

The team reached the quarter finals last two years and were eliminated by eventual champions Korea DPR.
