President Akufo-Addo has announced he will file his nomination today at the Electoral Commission contest the December polls on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party.
In a tweet, the President said he will be at the premises at the EC at 11 am to submit his forms to the commission.
“I will, on Tuesday, 6th October 2020, file my nomination forms for the 2020 presidential election, in person, at the offices of the Electoral Commission in Accra,” the tweet read.

The NDC has also noted their flagbearer will file his nomination on Wednesday, October 7,2020.
