People’s Celebrity Award winner to grab Dodge Charger Sedan

It is certainly an exciting time for players within the creative arts and entertainment industry with the return of the GN Bank Awards, rebranded as the People’s Celebrity Awards with this year’s edition set to come off on Saturday, December 30, 2017 at the Accra International Conference Centre.

After announcing the list of performers for the biggest night for stakeholders within the Ghanaian Creative Arts and Entertainment space including Shatta Wale, Ebony Reigns, Gifty Osei, Nacee, Kuami Eugene, Kidi, Fancy Gadam, Teephlow and Osadji, the organizers, Spyder Lee Entertainment, have this week announced the winning packages for the various categories.

This year will witness major add-ons with the prize packages on all levels. Winners of each category will receive a prize package worth GHC6,500 and the Lifetime Achievement Award recipient will receive a package worth GHC10,000. Recipient of the ultimate award on the night will go home with a Dodge Charger sedan worth USD65,000.

At the last edition of the awards in 2015, category winners received a cash amount of GHC3,500 cash and a weekend package for two at Coconut Grove Beach resort in Elmina, both amounting to GHC5,000. The Ultimate winner received a package of GHC10,000 whilst the Lifetime Achievement Awards recipient received a package worth GHC5,000.

At the last edition of the awards in 2015, winners of each category received GHC3,500 cash and a weekend package for two at Coconut Grove Beach resort in Elmina amounting to GHC5,000. The Ultimate winner received a package of GHC10,000 and the Lifetime Achievement Awards winner received a package worth GHC5,000.

Tickets for the event are currently selling at GHC50 (Standard), Premium (GHC100) and VIP (GHC150) at Coconut Grove Hotels – North Ridge and Sakumono, Koala – Osu and Airport Residential area, MaxMark – 37, GN Electronics – East Legon, opposite Melcom. Tickets could also be purchased using the GN Mobile Money platform nationwide.

The 2017 People’s Celebrity Awards is sponsored by GN Mobile Money with support from Endela, GN Electronics, Coconut Grove Hotels and powered by Spyder Lee Entertainment.
