Eden Tree, the leading producer and distributor of high–end fresh vegetables, fruits and herbs in Ghana, has opened the doors of its ultramodern and state of the art production site to some members of the Ghanaian media.

On-site, the media was taken through critical production procedures and enlightened on what it entails to produce and package quality produce for consumers.

As an indigenous company, Eden Tree has been in existence for over 20 years with the vision to become the market leader in the agro-processing of packaged fresh fruits, herbs, vegetables, and ready to eat packaged fruits, salad and fresh fruit juice in Ghana.

The company aims to create a brand profile and a corporate culture of quality in the foodservice industry and carve a niche to build a profitable business, create employment and contribute to poverty reduction in Ghana.

Speaking to the media during the tour of the facility, Ms. Catherine Krobo Edusei, Managing Director and Founder of Eden Tree said “Eden tree supports the government of Ghana’s agenda of promoting Made In Ghana as we believe this is a major intervention in economic transformation in the country. At Eden Tree, we see it as our responsibility to inform consumers of where our products are coming from and the conditions in which they are produced.”

Eden Tree, since its incorporation in 1997 has operated by the philosophy of quality and excellence at all cost. As a local and indigenous company, all products are grown with both the consumer’s health and safety and environmental sustainability in mind.
