The Builsa South Member of Parliament, Dr. Clement Abas Apaak has initiated move to support 236 brilliant but needy students in the Builsa South District.
In a letter to the District Chief Executive at Fumbisi, Dr. Apaak indicated that out of a total number of the successful applicants (236) one hundred and ten (110) are females, while one hundred and twenty-six are males.
He further stated that all the beneficiaries are students in tertiary institutions across the country.
“Kindly release an amount of two hundred and ten thousand Ghana cedis (GHC 210,000.00) from the MP’s common fund and disburse to the attached list of two hundred and thirty-six (236) brilliant but needy students from the Builsa South District,” he added.
