Majority Leader Mahama Ayariga has revealed that operatives of the National Security conducted a raid on the private residence of former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta.
The Bawku Central MP has consequently apologized to the former Finance Minister. Special Prosecutor Kissi Agyebeng yesterday in his encounter with the media denied involvement in the raid questioning the veracity of the reports.
However addressing parliament on the matter, Mahama Ayariga assured the development will not happen again
Minority Leader Alexander Kwamena Afenyo-Markin who hailed his counterpart for the apology relayed to the house how Ken Ofori-Atta is traumatized by the decision by the Special Prosecutor to declare him wanted and label him a fugitive.
