The Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) has commenced a three-day documentation and body selection exercise for applicants who have qualified to proceed in the military recruitment process.
The exercise, which started on Monday, September 28, will continue through Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at designated centres across the Northern and Southern sectors.
In the Northern Sector, applicants for potential Army, Navy and Air Force cadet positions are being processed at the 4 Infantry Battalion, Uaddara Barracks, Kumasi.
For the Southern Sector, potential Army cadets are to report to the Nicholson Stadium, while applicants for the Navy and Air Force are expected at the Air Force Base Accra.
The GAF has reminded applicants that the exercise is limited to qualified candidates and that those selected will be notified through text messages.
“QUALIFIED APPLICANTS WILL BE CONTACTED VIA TEXT,” the notice stated.
The documentation and body selection stage is part of the GAF’s recruitment process for prospective members of the Army, Navy and Air Force.
The current exercise is being conducted from September 28 to 30 at designated centres, with applicants reporting according to their respective service categories and sectors.
