Adansi Travels has been elevated to the Hall of Fame of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana (CIMG), following its fourth consecutive win as Marketing-Oriented Hospitality Facility (Allied & Support Services) of the Year, 2025.

The recognition was announced at the 37th CIMG National Marketing Performance Awards held at the Labadi Beach Hotel in Accra on Saturday, October 17, 2026.

Securing the award for four consecutive years marks a significant achievement for the Ghanaian travel company, highlighting its sustained performance in marketing and its continued focus on understanding customers, adapting to changing travel needs and creating value. The Hall of Fame induction comes as Adansi Travels celebrates 13 years in the industry, marking an important milestone in its journey of brand development and customer engagement.

Beyond Advertising: A Customer-Centred Approach

Adansi Travels’ approach to marketing extends beyond advertising and promotion. It encompasses understanding travel motivations, developing relevant products, building partnerships, engaging customers and communicating value throughout the travel journey.

The company offers a range of services, including flight bookings, visa consultation, curated tours and travel packages, corporate travel solutions and e-SIM services.

It has also adopted artificial intelligence to support marketing content development and travel planning processes, reflecting its interest in using technology to improve efficiency and respond to evolving business needs.

The Meaning Behind the Hall of Fame Recognition

Commenting on the milestone, Gideon Asare, Chief Executive Officer of Adansi Travels, said the recognition represented both an affirmation of the company’s journey and a responsibility to maintain its standards.

“Being elevated to the CIMG Hall of Fame after four consecutive wins is a proud moment for everyone at Adansi Travels. We see this recognition not simply as an award, but as an affirmation of the importance of understanding our customers, creating value and continually improving how we serve them,’’ he said.

He noted that the company’s 13-year journey had reinforced the importance of consistency, innovation and adaptability in building a lasting brand.

‘’Building a lasting brand requires consistency, the courage to innovate and the willingness to adapt when the market changes. Most importantly, it requires people who believe in the vision and customers who continue to trust us with their journeys.

“We are grateful to our customers, employees, partners and all those who have contributed to our story. This milestone inspires us to raise our standards further and keep finding better ways to connect people with the experiences they want to have,” he added.

Recognition Brings Responsibility

As Adansi Travels marks 13 years in Ghana’s travel industry, the latest CIMG recognition represents both a celebration of progress and a reminder of the standards the company must continue to uphold.

The company intends to build on this milestone by strengthening customer relationships, developing relevant travel products, embracing useful technology and pursuing partnerships that create value for travellers.

For Adansi Travels, the Hall of Fame is not the end of the journey. It is another milestone in a continuing commitment to helping people experience the beauty and possibilities of the world.
