The Attorney General (AG) has presented 85 documentary evidence to support charges against former National Security Bureau (NSB) Boss, Kwabena Adu-Boahen, his wife, and two others.
The documents include orders freezing their vehicles, bank accounts, charged and cautioned statements invoice for cash transfers among others.
Deputy Attorney General, Dr. Justice Srem-Sai, stated that these documents are part of the evidence, both exculpatory and inculpatory, that ought to be disclosed.
“We have disclosed all the documents that we believed are exculpatory or inculpatory to the court,” he said.

The Deputy Attorney General made this statement while presenting disclosure documents and witness statements as part of Case Management Conference proceedings.
