The Black Stars will leave Accra on Tuesday, September 2, for N’Djamena, where they face Chad in a crucial 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying match.
Head coach Otto Addo will travel with all 24 players named in his squad, as Ghana looks to strengthen their position at the top of Group I.
The team has secured five wins and suffered one defeat in their six matches so far, and a victory on Thursday would further boost their chances of sealing qualification.
Twelve players trained at the Accra Sports Stadium on Monday, with the remaining squad members set to link up with the team before departure.
The Black Stars will hold their final training session in N’Djamena on Wednesday ahead of the clash at the Stade Olympique Maréchal Idriss Déby Itno, scheduled for 1:00 pm on Thursday, September 4, 2025.
Ghana currently sits first in Group I with 15 points, keeping them on course for a fifth FIFA World Cup appearance.
After the Chad fixture, Otto Addo’s men will complete their qualifying campaign against the Central African Republic and Comoros in October.
