Two persons including an eight-year-old girl have died in a ghastly accident with many others sustaining severe injuries on Abura Dunkwa to Assin Fosu road.
The accident occurred after the Metro Mass bus rolled over due to a brake failure.
An eyewitness told EIB’s Yaw Boagyan that their Metro Mass Bus with GT 5951-18 was heading towards Assin Fosu when its brake failed and somersaulted.
The eyewitness also added the 8-year-old child and one other person walking by the roadside died on the spot.
The injured persons were rushed to the Abura Dunkwa Hospital whiles the remains of the deceased have been deposited at Abura Dunkwa Mortuary.
