Caveman CEO pays courtesy call on Goldbod Jewellery Managing Director

Caveman Watches and Goldbod Jewellery Limited have begun discussions toward a potential partnership to develop a range of Ghana-made gold watches for local and international markets.

A delegation from Caveman Watches led by its Chief Executive Officer Mr. Anthony Dzamefe, on January 22 paid a courtesy call on the Managing Director of Goldbod Jewellery Limited as part of discussions aimed at exploring a potential collaboration between the two Ghanaian brands.

The meeting focused on opportunities for Goldbod Jewellery Limited and Caveman to jointly develop a new range of gold watches for both the local and international markets. Mr. Dzamefe highlighted Caveman’s advanced production capacity, noting that the company operates with state of the art machinery and has the capability to manufacture timepieces that meet global standards.

Welcoming the delegation, the Managing Director of Goldbod Jewellery Limited, Gertrude Emefa Donkor Esq., complimented the initiative and expressed enthusiasm about the prospect of introducing a gold watch collection. She assured the Caveman delegation of Goldbod Jewellery’s full support, emphasizing that the proposed collaboration aligns strongly with the company’s vision and mandate.

Ms. Donkor further noted that the partnership would not only strengthen both brands but also position them on the global stage, while promoting Ghanaian excellence and craftsmanship to the world.

She also reaffirmed Goldbod Jewellery Limited’s readiness to collaborate with private sector players to drive value addition, innovation, and national development.

She stated that partnerships of this nature are critical to strengthening Ghana’s jewellery and manufacturing sector, creating jobs, and positioning locally made products competitively on the global market, in line with the broader vision of advancing the Ghana agenda.

The Managing Director assured the Caveman delegation of her intention to visit their production facility to gain first hand insight into the work being done in support of national development.

Members of the Caveman delegation included Bernard, Head of Sales, as well as Solomon and Cindy from the Sales and Marketing department.
