Charles Forson, Member of Parliament for Tema Central, has warned that this year’s Christmas will be challenging for many Ghanaians, attributing the hardships to economic difficulties under the Mahama administration.
Speaking on Morning Starr with Naa Dedei Tettey, the MP highlighted the struggles faced by government supporters in trying to assist their communities during the festive season.
“It’s a difficult one under Mahama. I mean, where are we going to get something to give to our constituents? Things are very difficult for us,” he said.
Forson criticized the government for failing to meet expectations, adding, “They promised heaven and what they are delivering is absolutely the opposite.”
Despite the grim outlook, he expressed cautious optimism: “Under the mercy of God, we are still hopeful.”
