Dalex Finance rewards exceptional sales executives

Dalex Finance and Leasing Company Limited, one of the financial powerhouses in Ghana has awarded eight top perfoming Sales Executives and Team Leads across the country with an all-expense paid trip to Dubai.

The eight are taken from the four operational zones of the country and will be in Dubai from the 25th of February to the 4th of March.

The awardees are James Nii Commey (Best Sales Executive – Eastern Sector), James Arthur (Best Sales Team Leader – Northern Sector), Seyram Tetteh (Best Sales Team Leader – Southern Sector), Kwabena Ngumina (Best Sales Executive – Northern Sector), Paul Ntatia (Best Sales Team Leader – Eastern Sector), Prince Kwafo (Best Sales Team Leader- Central Sector), Stephen Nyantekye (Best Sales Executive – Southern Sector) and Francis Chakol (Best Sales Executive – Central Sector).

This is the third time Dalex Finance is doing this for excelling staff of the company and it is aimed at inspiring and an energizing the team to do more to drive business growth.

Speaking at the airport before the team left for Dubai on Saturday, the National Sales Coordinator of Dalex Finance – , said ‘these salesmen and women displayed exceptional commitment and dedication to beating their sales targets and improving the company’s performance. Sales is tough. To be able to sell a product, you have to be passionate and excited about what you are selling. Rewarding our star performers annually with this package will inspire others to emulate their hard work.’

On his part, James Arthur (Best Sales Team Leader – Northern Sector), said he was “very excited about this trip. This is my first time traveling out of the country and I’m really looking forward to nice time with my colleagues.”
