DeleteGhana Limited a fast-growing Waste Management company, as well as an environmental sanitation business in Ghana, has appointed Ernest Owusu-Fordjour Yeboah as head of its legal services.
According to Delete Ghana, the new head of legal services will ensure the legality of commercial transactions, advising corporations on their legal rights and duties, including the duties and responsibilities of corporate officers.
Lawyer Ernest Owusu- Fordjour Yeboah accepted this new responsibility by appending his signature on the acceptance letter dated July 22, 2020.
In the letter, he stated that “The said offer specifically seeks my services with respect to Legal Advisory Services, Contract Administration and Legal Representation. As an incoming Board Member and Head of Legal Services I will endeavor to exhibit a high level of conduct worthy of the Legal Profession as required by law and ethics. Ernest Owusu-Fordjour Yeboah is an alumnus of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and The University of London. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B) degree in 2017 and pursued his professional legal studies at the Ghana School of Law (from 2017-2019) and was admitted to the Ghana Bar in October 2019. He is an associate with Obeng Manu Law firm, a private law firm in Kumasi. He specializes in Company Law and Land Law.
