You will literally be programming your brain to seek out and act the ‘how’ you will get there.” He offers an example for those who want to be aesthetic plastic surgeons. Someone with this goal would “envision every detail, from the medical degree to residency and how this will lead to your ideal practice as a surgeon.” In that example, he also suggests envisioning the type of person you will need to be, your ideal patient, your team, and your relationship with them.
