The Director of Communication for the National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO), George Ayisi has expressed his satisfaction with the new government’s approach to appointments, particularly its blend of youthful energy.
Speaking on Morning Starr with Naa Deide Tettey, Mr. Ayisi commended the government for incorporating young people into key positions, emphasizing the importance of pairing them with seasoned leaders to ensure effective governance.
“The blend of the young people in government is good. The board should have the experienced people to guide these ones so that they will be able to achieve the objective of the Ghanaian,” he said.
Ayisi further noted that he was encouraged by the appointments, signaling that President John Dramani Mahama had learned valuable lessons during his time in opposition.
According to him, these appointments reflect a positive outlook for the country’s future governance.
“I am satisfied with the appointment so far and it is giving me the pointers that President Mahama learnt something in opposition. So, the indication and the signal are positive for me,” Ayisi added.
