GHOne TV & EIB Digital to Broadcast Carry1st Africa Cup 2024 ESports Finals This Weekend 10:30 AM Each Day

Accra, Ghana – This weekend, GHOne TV and EIB Digital will broadcast the highly anticipated finals of the Carry1st Africa Cup 2024, Africa’s largest Call of Duty: Mobile tournament. The event, scheduled for November 23–24 in Nairobi, Kenya, will feature top teams from six African countries competing for a share of the $15,000 prize pool.

A milestone for African eSports
The Carry1st Africa Cup has become a cornerstone in Africa’s gaming calendar, attracting elite eSports players and gaming communities. This year’s competition promises to be the most significant yet, with teams from South Africa, Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Morocco, and Egypt battling for supremacy. The tournament’s structure includes a group stage on November 23, followed by a single-elimination bracket on November 24 to crown the champion.

Ghana’s representation
Ghana’s eSports organization, PlayProvince, will be represented by their Call of Duty: Mobile team, Aura 233. In a recent development, Samsung Ghana has partnered with PlayProvince, equipping Aura 233 with Samsung Galaxy smartphones to enhance their performance during the tournament
