No person is born successful. He has to work hard, keep his dream alive, and drive that passion for becoming successful and achieving what he has envisioned. History provides many examples of people who only achieved by hard work and motivation.

Out of these people, one notable name is of Giuseppe Cicorella. In this article, he shares his vision to help people become the best version of themselves. As the founder of different businesses like construction, Airbnb, bars, gyms, restaurants, and many more, Giuseppe Cicorella is indeed a remarkably versatile person who can steer the young and the closer towards achieving their dreams.

From a small real estate investor to a business tycoon

With his skills and intense hard work, Giuseppe Cicorella managed to pass the realtor examination in Italy. Unfortunately, he wasn’t proficient in English, and that’s why he failed the exam seven times. But it was his determination that helped him to get the license. Five years later, he signed 500 ownerships to different clients in the real estate market, expanded his business, and hired more than 100 employees. He even extended his help to many societies with the sole aim of making their lives better. He opened his business in the UK, Brazil, India, Dubai, and then, finally, in the US.

A motivational speaker and a dreamer

Giuseppe Cicorella is now 48 years old, and during his 20 years in the business world, he witnessed many ups and downs. But he didn’t let the difficulties deter him from his goals. Talking about his life’s journey, he says, “I was born in a small village in Italy. But my dreams were anything but small. I yearned to leave the comfortable confines of my village and move to a bigger city to find room for my dreams. So, at 17, I moved to Milan. And it was there that I became passionate about real estate. And for the next 25 years focused on growing myself and my career.”

Persistence is Key

However, the going wasn’t very smooth always and after 25 years of business in Italy, Giuseppe felt that it was time to move on especially when he felt, “the policies of the Italian government weren’t letting me spread my wings further. So after 25 years, it was time for me to move again. But this time I wasn’t alone. My wife and I decided to explore the American real estate landscape. After moving there in 2015 I had to face the challenges of learning the new language. I failed the realtor exam seven times in a row but my persistence finally paid off and I was able to bring the best version of me my business in America. Today, when I meet young people, the one thing I always tell them is to never give up on themselves or the power of their dreams.”

Giuseppe Cicorella has been recognized as one of Italy’s top 10 motivational and influential people. In addition, his articles in the national newspapers and his books are considered top-rated in terms of inspiration. With a vision, he could achieve something he perhaps had never dreamt of!
