The Ministry of Health has announced that it will begin public sector recruitment of medical officers and dentists – who have completed their House Job and confirmed by the Medical and Dental Council – on Friday 16th May, 2025.
In a press release signed by the Director of General Administration at the ministry, Frank Raji, it noted that the 10-day application window will elapse on 26th May, 2025.
The statement offered a web link through which job seekers could make their applications.
“The Ministry of Health wishes to inform Medical Officers and Dentists, who have completed their House Job and have been verified by the Medical and Dental Council under the 34th and 35th list, that:
“Recruitment will commence on Friday 16th May 2025 at 12.00pm.
“Qualified applicants are requested to formally apply on the Ministry of Health online application portal by logging-in onto https://hr.moh.gov.gh and follow the instructions to select the preferred agency under the Ministry.
“Deadline for submission of application is Monday 26th May 2025 at 6.00pm,” the statement read.
The ministry assured that the process was going to transparent, warning applicants about “people who may want to approach them on the pretext of assisting them for recruitment at a fee”.
