Minister of State in Charge of Government Communications Felix Kwakye Ofosu has inaugurated a 9- member board to help steer the affairs of the Ghana Publishing Company Limited.
The board chaired by Mathew Lawer Teye has media personality Kwabena Bobie Ansah, Rebecca Naa Kuorkor Aryee, Emmanuel Johnson Cobblah and Albert Wellington Stahope Eshun as members.

The others are Henry Kodjo Agbai, Stella Quaye, Sampson Rosenberg Owusu Adokoh and Managing Director for the company Nana Kwabena Boatey Esq.
Speaking after swearing in the members of the board, Felix Kwakye Ofosu urged them to assist management in ensuring the progress of the company.

The Assembly Press was converted into a Limited Liability Company under the Statutory Corporations (Conversion to Companies) Act 461, 1993, and re-named Ghana Publishing Company Limited in 2007.

The company exists primarily to print and publish very high quality books and stationery for Educational Institutions, Government Departments and the General Public.
