Zambia and Nigeria secured the final two spots in the women’s football tournament at the Paris Olympics after winning two-legged playoffs in the fourth round of African qualifying.

Zambia secured a 3-2 aggregate victory over Morocco in Rabat on Tuesday, overcoming a 2-1 first-leg deficit with a 2-0 win at Moulay Hassan Stadium.

Barbra Banda scored for Zambia in the 38th minute and secured their Olympic ticket by converting a penalty in the 105th minute.

Zambia will face the United States, Germany, and Australia in a challenging Group B in France, starting their campaign against the USWNT in Nice on July 25.

Nigeria secured their berth to the fourth Olympics by drawing 0-0 with South Africa in Pretoria after a 1-0 in Abuja last week.

The Super Falcons will face Spain, Japan, and Brazil in Group C at the Olympics, starting their tournament opener against South Americans in Bordeaux on July 25.
