The New Patriotic Party (NPP) will today, Friday, October 10, 2025, conduct the balloting to determine the positions of aspirants on the ballot paper for its upcoming presidential primary.
The exercise, scheduled for 11:00 a.m. at the party’s headquarters in Asylum Down, Accra, marks another key step in the NPP’s preparations for its presidential primary slated for January 31, 2026.
In an official communication, the Presidential Elections Committee congratulated all five aspirants on successfully completing the vetting process and reaffirmed the party’s commitment to transparency and fairness in the balloting exercise.
Those expected to participate in today’s draw include Ing. Kwabena Agyei Agyepong, Hon. Ken Ohene Agyapong, Hon. Dr. Bryan Acheampong, H.E. Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, and Hon. Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum.
The Committee expressed appreciation to the aspirants for their cooperation and assured that the process will be conducted smoothly in line with the NPP’s democratic traditions.
