The Pilgrims Affairs Office of Ghana (PAOG) has officially announced 42 accredited Hajj agents for the 2026 pilgrimage season, reaffirming its commitment to ensuring transparency and order in the organisation of this year’s Hajj.
In a press statement issued on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, the PAOG Communications Directorate disclosed that the list of accredited agents was jointly approved by the Hajj Agents Association of Ghana (HAAG) and confirmed by the national Hajj office.
The Directorate advised prospective pilgrims and the general public to engage only the listed, officially recognized agents to avoid dealing with unlicensed intermediaries or falling victim to fraudulent schemes.
