Taxify is celebrating Ghana’s 61st Independence Day by giving Ghanaians free ride this week.
“We will be giving out free ride codes worth 61 GHC to celebrate Ghana’s Independence and help make Independence day even more special. Codes would be available all through the week,” the transport firm said in a statement.
It added: “What’s more is because at Taxify, we believe how you arrive is just as important as getting there. In celebration of #TheJourneyTo61, we would be inviting you to take a ride in one of our Taxify vehicles for the chance to win 61 free rides on Taxify.”
How it works
● Open the Taxify app on your phone.
● Use the promo code GHANA61 (promo codes are only valid on card trips so remember to add your card to the app before applying the promo code)
● You will see a confirmation pop up that 61GHC has been added to your account
● Hop into a Taxify ride or two as you enjoy celebrating Independence Day
● Spot the national flag waving proudly in your ride? Then, take a picture with the flag and upload on Instagram with an exciting caption.
● Winners will be selected based on highest likes
