Business leader and strategic advisor Tucci Ivowi is set to launch her new book series, SMARTER Leadership: The Framework and SMARTER Leadership: Faith Behind the Framework, on Tuesday, October 20, 2026.

The books explore seven leadership principles drawn from Ivowi’s experience across multiple industries, countries and leadership roles spanning more than two decades.

According to a statement issued on Friday, October 16, the series is designed for leaders at different stages of their careers, including experienced executives, entrepreneurs and emerging leaders seeking to strengthen their leadership skills and impact.

Ivowi said the books were intended to share practical lessons from her leadership journey and the experiences of people she had encountered or studied.

“Power can be intoxicating, and even well-intentioned leaders can be tempted to prioritise personal gain over collective good. During tough times in particular, a leader’s influence should be exercised to uplift others and solve problems,” she said.

She added that the books would encourage readers to reflect on their leadership practices and become more intentional about their influence on others.

Ivowi’s career spans senior leadership positions in multinational business, including 15 years with Nestlé, where she held leadership roles across markets in Africa and Asia.

She became the first Ghanaian and woman to serve as Business Executive Officer for Nestlé’s Central and West Africa Region before becoming a founding member and Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Commodity Exchange.

Her experience across the private and public sectors in Sub-Saharan Africa, Southeast Asia and the United Kingdom has shaped her perspectives on leadership, organisational transformation, communication and institutional development.

The SMARTER Leadership series also builds on her work through the SMARTER Leadership Podcast, which features conversations with leaders from different fields about the experiences, decisions and principles that have shaped their journeys.

The private launch will bring together invited guests from business, public service, academia and other sectors to celebrate the publication and discuss leadership and its impact on people.

Following the launch, the books will be available for purchase through the SMARTER Leadership online store and selected bookstores.
