Broadcast journalist and host of Starr Today on Starr 103.5 FM, Tutuwaa Danso, has been nominated for Best Radio Newscaster of the Year (English Language) at the 15th GoldBond RTP Awards.
Tutuwaa Danso’s nomination comes as part of a strong showing by the EIB Network, which has also been nominated for Media Group of the Year at the awards. Other nominees from the EIB Network include Serwaa Amihere Esq., Lily Mohammed, Naa Dedei Tettey, Bernice Abu Baidoo, Kwame Bee, Natalia Andoh and Joshua Kodjo Mensah, underscoring the network’s growing influence in Ghana’s broadcast media landscape.

The awards ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, February 7, 2026, at the Accra International Conference Centre, with the red carpet starting at 6:00 p.m. The event will also recognise the top 10 most performed public company CEOs of 2025, alongside performances by selected artistes.
