The Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Dr. Dominic Ayine after his ministerial swearing-in at the Jubilee House, says he is scheduled to meet with Operation Recover All Loots (ORAL) next Monday, January 27, 2025, to receive a detailed briefing on the information gathered by the committee.
The ORAL Team, which is tasked with gathering information on corruption and ensuring accountability once Mahama takes office, has garnered support from many Ghanaians eager to see corruption tackled.
The Attorney General’s statement signals his commitment to reviewing the work of the committee and using the gathered information to make informed decisions on upcoming legal and justice matters in the country over looted assets.
However, this meeting will assess the information at hand and plan the next steps for the recovery process.
“I will be meeting the ORAL committee next week Monday. They will be briefing me about the information they have gathered so far. I will take over the information they have gathered”.
