The highly anticipated ‘Gye Wo Fie’ housing competition, organized by TramwayPath, has concluded with a spectacular final draw held at the BUILD HQ at Tseaddo, Accra.

Patience Gyamfi emerged as the grand prize winner, securing a house worth GHC 1.8 million. This incredible win grants her the opportunity to be her own landlord and live rent-free for the rest of her life.

Additionally, if she chooses a property valued at less than GHC 1.8 million, she would be given the balance as cash. The event was graced by notable figures from the National Lottery Authority (NLA), including the Marketing Director, Bernard Buamah, and Akua Serwaa. Their presence ensured the draw’s transparency and fairness, underscoring the integrity of the competition.

Daniel Twenefour, one of the founders of Gye Wo Fie, expressed his excitement: “We are thrilled to have witnessed such an enthusiastic response from Ghanaians. Gye Wo Fie was designed to offer a life-changing opportunity for our fellow Ghanaians, and we are delighted that Patience Gyamfi is the grand prize winner. This competition wouldn’t have been possible without the trust and participation of everyone involved. We look forward to the next edition, bringing even more exciting opportunities to our community.”

BB, Marketing Director of the NLA, commented on the regulatory oversight: “As the regulatory body, the NLA has ensured that the Gye Wo Fie competition was conducted with the utmost transparency and fairness. Our presence here today reaffirms our commitment to maintaining integrity in all competitions. We congratulate Patience Gyamfi and all the participants for being part of this remarkable journey.”
