The EIB Network has organised a training workshop on election reporting for its staff ahead of the December polls.
The staff undergoing the training include on-air, producers, and digital media staff of the media conglomerate.
The training was held at the Ghana International Press Centre in Accra on Sunday, August 30.
The reporters were equipped mainly on ethics and professionalism during the election reporting as well as how to ensure their safety.
Key speakers including revered journalist Gabriel Bosompem, Afia Pokuwaa, Dzifa Bampoh and social media expert Kelly Lartey Mensah admonished the participants to endeavor to stand by their stories, protect their exclusives, and also safeguard their sources.
Journalists from all EIB platforms including GHOne TV, Starr FM, Kasapa FM, Agoo TV, Empire FM, Agoo Fm, etc benefited from the training.
