Richard Asare Baffour Esq, lawyer for convicted Patricia Asiedua Asiamah, popularly known as Nana Agradaa, has dismissed social media speculations linking the sudden death of lawyer Ali Adams to her case.
In a statement posted on Facebook, Mr. Baffour Esq. clarified that while the late Adams worked at their firm, he was never part of the legal team that represented the repented fetish priestess and founder of Heaven Way Chapel International Ministry.
He explained that Adams died on Saturday under sudden circumstances after reportedly collapsing during breakfast.
“It is with great sadness that I confirm the passing of our colleague, Ali Adam, who was a valued member of our law firm. He passed away yesterday[Saturday] morning,” he wrote.
According to him, Adams was a practicing Muslim and was buried the same day. He described him as a dedicated lawyer and colleague, noting that his death has left the firm in shock.
“I want to emphasize that Ali was not involved in the team that worked on the Mama Pat’s case. In light of this, I urge the public to refrain from speculating about any connection between his passing and his professional work.
Death is an inevitable part of life, and we will all face it someday. Let’s be kind and respectful in our comments, especially considering Ali’s young family. May his soul rest in peace,” the statement concluded.
