Energy supply services provider ‘Anointed Engineering Services Limited’ has urged government to introduce tax waivers and incentives that support the importation and purchase of ecofriendly vehicles.

Managing Director for Anointed Engineering Services Limited Samuel Adjei Boateng made the passionate appeal when the company unveiled its first line of small fossil free, environmentally friendly electric vehicles unto the market.

The Cireo Nano 3 comes across as any sleek, flashy, cute car with every imaginable comfort you will desire in a modern vehicle.

The cars are set to dictate the pace in Ghana’s burgeoning Electronic Vehicles Market as the country pursues an e-mobility and green transition strategy.

“With the new Ministry for Energy and Green Transition and now a Minister of State in charge of Climate Change and Sustainability, I believe this is an area the president should be paying close attention to,” Mr. Adjei Boateng noted.

“The tariffs for importing environmentally safe electronic vehicles which rely on clean energy should be much lower than the vehicles running on fossil fuels. This will bring the price down for many people to purchase these cars,” he admonished.

Mr. Samuel Adjei Boateng proposed that government establishes a support and incentive regime to encourage teachers, nurses, doctors and staff of public institutions to purchase electric vehicles to reduce state expenditure on maintenance and fuel.

Features of the Cireo Nano 3 EV

What makes the Cireo Nano 3 stand out; is a silent electric engine that runs on a long lasting chargeable battery with no need for fossil fuels, lubricants nor laborious maintenance.

The car presents a leather interior, an LCD dash board display, a surround entertainment system, air conditioning, spacious legroom; safety airbags and advanced security systems tailored for the security and comfort of users.

Apart from its robust engine; the electric vehicle has been manufactured with power steering, an automatic gearbox transmission and a high clearance fitted for both smooth and rugged terrains.

Additionally, its charging system which guarantees a 200 kilometer drive has been fashioned to fit any standard plug with no special points required for a regular daily charge.

Eco-Friendliness and Cost Efficiency

Speaking to GHOne Business News at its Asokwa Show Room in Kumasi, Managing Director for Anointed Engineering Services Limited, Mr. Samuel Adjei Boateng described the vehicle as the most cost-effective, environmentally safe, and efficient solution for private and commercial transportation.

“Whenever there are some disturbances in the golf, when fuel prices begin to shoot up and when there is shortage of fuel, we are affected. But we can generate our own electricity so this is what we all need.

“If we keep using fossil fuels, we pollute the environment and put our health at risk,” he emphasized.

The introduction of these cars into the country represent a significant step in building a resilient, inclusive, and low-carbon transport sector especially as Ghana works towards its 2045 target of achieving a 70% EV penetration rate.

Added Benefits:

Aside cost saving benefits, for every Cireo Nano 3 EV purchased, Anointed Engineering Services is offering a free ultra-silent digital Generator to provide reliable electricity supply for vehicle owners.

Tge company has also given assurance the batteries could last as long as eight years before it will require a change, with its expert standby engineers ready to offer topnotch maintenance should the need arise.

Mr. Samuel Adjei Boateng recommended that users endeavor to purchase all spare parts from trusted outlets of Anointed Engineering Services Limited across the country to guarantee the longevity of their Cireo Nano 3 EVs.

“for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle for a loved one or a good wife this coming Valentine, this will be the perfect gift. If you need a vehicle for commercial business; if you have a sales staff that move around a lot; this is what you need,” he added.
